Celebrating Gumnut Patisserie’s 30th birthday by commissioning this sculpture. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tracy, Vicki and Josh. I am grateful for them giving me the opportunity to create something that means so much to not only them, but the whole of the Gumnut family. More content coming on this so keep a look out!

Bit of a slog this week to get these caps cut, carved and installed before the long weekend but we did it 🙌🏻 stage 1 of this project now completed with many more to come.
